Simon is a co-founding Partner of dixonbaxi, a multi disciplinary independent creative agency working with some of the worlds most interesting companies across TV, advertising, print, digital and the ways they overlap. Tom is an established creative director and graphic designer, based in London. In 1997 he set up his own design company, Tom Hingston Studio. THS is comprised of five members and works across a range of fields spanning music, fashion, film, advertising, publishing and branding. Renowned for its innovative and highly thoughtful approach to art direction and design, the studio has won numerous awards for its work in music including a yellow D&AD pencil. Editor of Design Week, the London-based weekly magazine devoted to the business of design. She has held the post for almost 22 years, during which time it has developed two awards schemes, a website that is updated daily and a blog. She started out as an architectural journalist before crossing over into design. She is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds an Honorary MA in Design from the University of the Creative Arts. designweek.co.uk

Set up her own award-winning design studio upon graduating with distinction from the Royal College of Art in 2005.
